End-of-month policy rates for 40 central banks, from the BIS. The single most comparable monetary series there is: every central bank sets one, and the BIS puts them on the same footing.

Policy rate as published by each central bank at month end, collected by the BIS. Where a central bank uses a corridor, the BIS records the main policy rate. Retrieved over the BIS SDMX API; note the euro area is reported as an aggregate (XM), not as a country.
