EU trade in raw materials, by partner
Extra-EU exports, imports and the balance in crude materials (SITC 2+4), broken down by trading partner. The first bilateral series on the platform: it uses the partner dimension the observation table has carried unused since the start.
Definitions and method
From Eurostat's international trade in goods statistics. Values in millions of euro; the shares are each partner's percentage of extra-EU trade in these goods. The five measures on the cube's indic_et dimension - exports, imports, balance and the two shares - are stored as separate indicators, because they share a reporter, partner and period and would otherwise overwrite one another. Many partners are groupings (Asia, USMCA, Extra-EU27) rather than countries; they are stored as aggregates.
